Subhasree Kar is a distinguished scholar and a popular teacher with two decades of academic experience. She finished her PhD Utkal University, Bhubaneswar in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She is skilled in Teaching and 亚洲通_亚洲通官网, Educational Technology, and Curriculum development with administrative ability and leadership competencies. An active researcher; having presented research papers at several conferences and seminars nationwide. Her research papers have appeared in peer-reviewed indexed national and international journals. Her research interests include Positive Psychology, Workplace Spirituality, Sustainable HRM Practices and Future Workplace Dynamics.
