Metal oxide and III–V semiconductors. 2D materials (e.g., MoS?, ReS?) for optoelectronic and energy devices. High-k dielectric materials for advanced transistors and capacitors. Phase-change materials (PCMs) for memory and photonic applications.

Phase-change materials (GeTe, GeSbTe and GeSbSeTe etc.,) for non-volatile memory and photonic switching. 2D semiconductor thin films (MoS?, ReS?) for Next generation Electronic Device and Memristors Applications.
