He holds an M.Phil. in Latin American Literature from CSPILAS, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD from JNU, New Delhi, with a thesis titled "Desentra?ando la Brecha en la “Trama de la Vida”: Un Estudio Ecocrítico de las Obras Selectas de Homero Aridjis y Amitav Ghosh."
